Information for Vendors
  • Only vendors of hand-crafted art, crafts and food merchandise are invited to apply.  We will not be hosting resale merchandise, antiques or tag sale vendors. 
  • Artisanal food vendors are invited to apply. Food Vendors will need to fill out a form from the Sheffield Board of Health that we will provide. 
  • The fair venue is on our campus at 159 Main Street in the Center of Sheffield MA. We are adjacent to the Sheffield Town Parking Lot. All spaces are outdoors and are 12 by 12 feet.  The surface is grass. There are a limited number of spaces with available electricity. These will be allocated on a first come first served basis.  All spaces will be allocated at the discretion of the organizing committee. 
  • A single space fee is $45.00. There will be a limited number of double spaces available for $60.00. 
  • Set up will be from 7:30 AM to 9:45 on Saturday morning. Vendors should be ready for guests at 10:00 AM.
  • Vendors will be expected to remain until 3:30 PM.  Early breakdown is not fair to other vendors.
  • There is no availability of water.
  • The Committee reserves the right to refuse a vendor application and refund all fees.
  • Portable toilet facilities will be provided.
  • Food will be available for purchase.
  • By purchasing the spot at the fair, Vendor attests they have read and agreed to the indemnification statement at the bottom of this page. 
  • The Society is planning to enthusiastically promote this event.
